Retail Collection

While we do offer our product line consumer direct, our retail collection has specifically been constructed as a collaboration piece for our retail partners. As a sign of our appreciation for your support we extend an ongoing 50% discount for our retail network. Your discount is automatically applied in the cart upon checkout. 

Our Delivery Process

We deliver when its convenient for you. We understand that some of our retail partners experience time constraints during the off-season, so we offer a delivery preference during checkout (select the delivery date that works best for you).  

Our Shipping Process

Our products are shipped via UPS within the continental U.S. The Tripods and the grills are retail packaged individually and consolidated in master-cases of four units to maximize shipping costs. While you can absolutely order single pieces, the master case was designed to reduce shipping costs which is reflected in the cart.

Account

During checkout you will be asked if you would like to form an account. We highly encourage our retail partners to form an account for ease of tracking and reordering. We promise not to bomb your inbox!

Re-orders

To re-order please visit your account page and you will be directed to the retail partner page which is unviewable by the public. If you choose not to firm an account you can always revisit the welcome email for a link back to the retail partners page. Of course we are always available on the phone, email, or live chat to help!
